Ownership of an Autumn Air MSP aircraft is structured as a single asset LLC, with clients pro rata interest in the aircraft represented by a percentage of ownership of the LLC. Owned shares are the property of a respective client, and may be resold at the client’s discretion. Sample Annual Operating Budget

For a one year sample itinerary, a client may have travel plans that include several overnight business trips to New York, Washington, and Chicago, as well as a last minute un-planned emergency overnight trip to Houston. Additionally, the client has planned leisure travel including two trips to Destin and two trips to Miami for three day weekends. For seven planned flights and one unplanned annually, this client requires approximately 20 days of travel per year. Among the several options available to meet this client’s itinerary, with the required level of service and value, the choice is clear.

The 1/15th share includes 18 days of available flight time which fits this client’s need for planned travel. However, in this case there was also an unexpected flight to Houston that could not be planned in advance. With Autumn Air this was a non-event.
